  The black manager inside said because she doesn’t know me personally she can’t help me. Worst customer service ever. Lied about not being able to see the notes in the system bc i called customer service again & they confirm that yes the people in the branch can see the notes. If you don’t feel like getting up from you’re chair & helping your customers then why do your job. & i’m calling corporate:)

  Definitely one of the worst pnc banks , dont get on their bad side . I said this is not good service especially with everything that's going on this year .girk laughs and says that's right omg. Avoid going inside and be careful with drug addicts hanging by the ATMs just because your in a bad area doesn't mean the customers experience should be the same way

  Good service helpful staff went there last week had little problem with my debit card they assisted me without even waiting long I will definitely recommend it

  Super slow service and long lines. I waited 15 minutes on line to make a deposit! Saw 4 people on chairs waiting to be serviced as well.
