  The drive through ATM took my checks and didn’t give me proof of my deposit. When I waited to speak with the bank teller she/he/they told me to not use the advertised ATM anymore and to just have faith that I’ll get my money within 10 business days.

  I have had consistently horrible service at this bank and branch. This recent issue is they have receipt of a 20k deposit and WILL NOT credit my account. I brought in my clients bank statements showing the money transferred 3 working days ago and was told the credit would be posted in 2 hours. It’s the next day and still nothing. They see me but leave me waiting and make no acknowledgement. This IS the worst Bank in America

  This place needs to hire some staff. Every time I come in the line is over 5 people waiting and only 2 tellers. As it is centrally located it should be expected that this branch will be busy. This has been going on for the past 5 months on any time of the day. This is not only poor customer service but I feel bad for the 2 employees too. And they have no bathroom. Be prepared people

  Traded in a bunch of coins for cash here, the teller was nice. Waited in line for like 20 minutes though

  The staff at this office is always pleasant, as well as professional. The office is typical BofA "prison sterile"...so the fact the staff can rise above the drab utilitarian atmosphere and greet each customer with a smile and make doing business with Bof A an enjoyable experience, is testament to there commitment to great customer service.

  As I am currently standing in this god forsaken place. There are only 2 tellers, no manager and have spent about 1 hour so far. Please for the love of God someone help....

  I'm a college student, and work part time. I applied for a college account and they've been charging me so many fees, which they're no supped to since I'm a college student there is no fees at a college account. Almost all my money is gone each time they charge . I have talked to several bankers which it seems like they're not understanding or don't know what they're doing.! Honestly, is no the best!!!

  I stopped here on the last day of the month which happens to be a friday also. And they have 2 tellers available only. Luckily im only putting money in an account for rent. I would shoot myself if i had to do this every friday.

  Usually only one teller and never more than two. Always having to wait in a long line. Tellers usually less than efficient.
