  I rarely draft reviews, but feel compelled to do so here. Charlie and the team are incredible. From the outset, Charlie takes as much time as necessary to explain the process of obtaining a mortgage, and the various considerations. Charlie is amiable, patient, and is able to convert detailed concepts into plain English so that the client can make an informed decision. Most importantly, Charlie was able to work with the lender to dramatically decrease the originally quoted interest rate. Thank you Charlie, Indica, and Kyle.

  Charlie and David's office have processed two refinances for us in the last 5 years. They've been excellent. They stand touch with me periodically throughout the year in an unobtrusive way. Their team behind the team is efficient and talented. I think the biggest benefit is the ease, speed and painless way we refi'd.
