Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Tybalt Capulet11/8th of a star...I used to work at BofA and I am glad that I left. The bank in general is pointless. LOL, why have phones if they will not be answered. I currently work for a great bank and one that will always answer the phones within 3 rings or less, as this is one of the ways we show that our customers mean more than a number. Please Please Please leave this bank, if you have autopayments for your Mortgage or Vehicle so that you are receiving a lower interest rate then I understand. But, please consider that your everyday transactions style account be one that is from a bank that believes in you, and that understands that they wouldn't be in existence if their customers didn't feel important.
Response from the ownerHello Tybalt. It's disappointing to hear that your experience wasn't at the level you expected, and we’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team. 조시Josh Kim5I came in to withdraw some cash. I had a wedding to attend with late notice, and hadn’t noticed a mess I had made on my suit. A lovely lady named Sheryl helped me out and assisted me with not only my withdrawal but with cleaning a stain on my shirt as well as showing me a few stores near where I can purchase a wedding gift. I really appreciated her help and unfortunately I’m back home without being able to stop by and return the favor. The only thing I can do is to express my gratitude of her generosity and kind gesture through this review. Thank you.
Response from the ownerGood morning Josh. Thanks for sharing your experience and positive feedback about Bank of America. We value having you as a client and hope you'll visit us again! ^michael

NANA Adrianna1This has always been the worst bank on my eyes. I just called to speak with someone, and there wasn't any options to call me back or wait until there was a representative available. I bank with firstmark credit union and I would've gotten better service. I'm calling this bank for my 89 year old grandma, you guys need to get it together and evolve with the rest of society

Rosa Clancy2I can’t find a bank that I can open an account. No service until Monday. To me this is ridiculous that you can walk into a bank , I don’t mind waiting , but you don’t have any appointments open until six days . This is not acceptable for me.

David Kazakov1Manager Sheryll had zero customer skills, didn't listen, interrupted multiple times and had zero intention to resolve issue with deposit to my business checking. She said, you can call to phone on the back of your card. Really, why are you working there then?? I was only one customer for in-person, so it wasn't busy time. Bank of America, if she treats all your business or personal customers this way, I imagine how much damage she is doing to your business. Please, consider serious training for her.

Ryan Baldwin1The people that work at this branch are rude and lazy! The assistant manager doesn't want to handle issues. She should be replaced immediately!

My daughter had to unlock my card She helped me more than angie espinoza i went back to tell her that i was Able to unlock it. And she told me I have to wait another hour to get in line. The guy from the front desk Help me at the end all the wait. I was waiting When he couldn't help me. Never coming here again.

Polly A Puckett2The people who handle the drive-thru are very nice, always pleasant and never grumpy. However, I cannot count on the drive thru being open when I need it. I am unable to walk more than a few steps now so the drive thru is important to me. BOA has closed a lot of drive thrus lately so I have to travel to get to this one when there is a BOA just a few miles away from my house. Pulling up to the window and seeing a closed sign when the drive thru should be open is very discouraging. BOA is no longer handicapped accessible.

Ziebell Zhotograph1I have had to go to this bank twice because my contractor who is helping us finish out our garage has not been able to cash my payment checks to him because they claim the checks have illegible handwriting as far as spelling out the dollar amount. I have been writing checks for over 30 years, and the checks are from another local bank, and when I complained the Branch Manager was rude and very unpleasant. He said this was "bank policy". When I called my bank to inquire if that was their policy, they just laughed. Bank of America? Really? Bank of Facism is more like it.
