Highly recommended. Ms. Tiffany is a very professional, kind, and thoughtful banker who has assisted me this morning at Brentwood branch (TN 37027). She is very knowledgeable and efficient, giving me lots of wonderful advice. Before I walked into her office, I saw her sanitizing the desk and customers' seats. She is definitely a gem in the office! I couldn't thank her enough for her help. Best wishes to Ms. Tiffany! Mr. Maf. is the first person I met when I walk into this branch. He is also very polite and nice. I have a very positive experience today at this location. Highly recommended. With love, A new resident who just moved to TN and about to start a new job in the area. 6/19/2021

I know a lot of people don’t take the time to leave the positive reviews about a bank, so I just want to say that we have our business account here and every single time that I have come in over the past year I am always greeted with a smile, they take care of anything I need efficiently, and are very personable. I appreciate seeing the same faces and them consistently working hard.

      Response from the owner

Hello Abigail. Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^michael

So my wife needed to deposit fund to her IRA account before July 15 deadline. We scheduled an appointment many days before. The day before the meeting date, we were called and said no one was able to meet with my wife and had to cancel the appointment. As an alternative, we were connected to a Cool Spring financial center on July 7th. We asked if someone really could present to help (because we could not afford any delay and we were not going to take more risky trips due to the pandemic), we were simply ensured that the manager would be there to help. Yesterday my wife went there only was told that the referred person was off for the day! Worst yet, no one else was willing to help my wife! Incredible unprofessional. We have to find another day to do this. This was a very disappointed experience.

I have banked at this location since 1984. Bank of America froze my checking account without notifying me which resulted in getting several automatic payments returned including a quarterly IRS payment. The returns cost me several dollars and hours of time trying to get this sorted out. It turns out the reason they froze the account was because my drivers license they had on file was expired. I received no notice. I am currently in the process of cancelling all of my accounts after 36 years of banking at this location. DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!

This bank is incredibly slow with any "inside" processing. I had to visit the location twice in one day because the line to "complete a transaction" was backed up to the lobby. There was only one teller working and she couldn't have been any slower if she tried. I typically deal with Karzan, she's amazing and efficient but unfortunately was not in to take care of the concern.

Don't put up hours that say you're open until five and then lock your doors and close your drive-through at 4pm. Seriously it's only my bank account it's not like I need my money. I'm sure there are some top quality individuals working in there, seriously I could see them in there walking around, but obviously they weren't concerned with helping customers. Great job Bank of America! Way to represent what quality business is all about.

Let me explain how rude the people here are. After 20 years of bank with bank of america I walked into this location ONCE and decoded to close all of my bank america accounts. Literally moved millions out of the bank. That's how bad these people are. Frankly the fact that the entire branch hasn't been fired and replaced shows poor corporate governance on bank of America's part.

I should’ve known better to stop by this Branch based on the bad reviews? Arrived at 10:45AM to pick up a cashiers check, door is locked and no notice on the door? Tried to call, no answer. Website reads open at 10AM? Thank you BOA for having me wait in the hot sun and waste my lunch break to get nothing accomplished? Maybe it’s time for a new Bank?

Tried to pay off my mother's Bank of America credit card yesterday. Went to two locations of Bank of America. No luck at either and rude employees. You would think a bank would want to receive their money? Glad I don't have stock in Bank of America!

Very sadly, every time I go in or call, I get the run-around. I ended my checking account 8 months ago because it was hacked and the money not replaced. For sure, they don't care. I can't EVEN tell you the mishaps. Now they must have some new policies with big charges. Leaving BoA ASAP.
