Amanda M1All doors except for 1 are locked, so you have to go around the whole building, isn't that some kind of fire hazard? The nearest 3 branches are closed and they only have 2 tellers open. Line going around the lobby already.

Zeze Love1We all get it! The pandemic been going for 3 years now. Everyone is understaffed. You’re now going by appointment. You have the list in your hand. But no one show up for your appointment. You’re standing chatting with your co worker, doing nothing. The supervisor comes out and also insist on the appointment when clearly his employees are not working because no one show up for the appointment. The pandemic is not an excuse NOT TO DO WORK. WE PAY FOR THESE ACCOUNTS AND TO GET HELP.

Kruthikaasree Kirthi1Created account online, booked appointment. went to bank to verify ID. Been there for 1 hour. Everything is done. Came back home to see my account still Needs associate OTA code to complete the process. Went there next day . Been there for 20 minutes with no one at help desk. Still I need to Book another appointment another day to complete the application. What a worst customer support. Better I would cancel my account instead waste my time for 3 consecutive days

Prin1The bank suddenly close all of my credits and accounts without any notice and explanations. So, beware when you do business with this bank. If u have the same thing happens to you, I encourage you to report this bank to the Federal reserve like I did.

Xingfeng Shao1Need to do a urgent wire transfer, the guy at the front desk said need appointment and all bankers are full today so nothing can be done even there’s an banker just standing next to him. He just kicked me out. I would never do banking with this branch again!

T. Farris5Outstanding service from a lady working at the teller window at opening time. Needed help with cracked debit card. After helping me with my withdrawal, she closed her window came out into the lobby to find someone to show me how to replace my card on the app then set my incoming card up on Google Pay. She walk me over to another employee and introduced me. How she interacted with the other staff member made me think she must be in leadership at this BofA. Great experience.

Johnny Dycus1Lines are always long... too long. Never more than three tellers at the five available windows. They don’t care about folks who bank with them. Not about their time for sure. ATMs are convenient but when a person like me who actually like interacting with human beings instead of screens it sucks. I do so because I feel the more I Interact with employees the more jobs are needed.

Ruth Russell5We are in Anaheim, so I have never personally been to this branch, but I cannot say enough for the customer service of Debbie Sanchez! We had mail stolen from the Post Office in Orange, CA that contained checks which they then washed and tried to cash. Debbie was the person who saw something was not quite right with the check, and called me immediately to ask if I had written it. In doing so she saved us a lot of money! She then followed up to catch another one and helped us with our postal inspectors report and police report. Really Sweet Lady and we are definitely very grateful for her quick actions!! Thank You Debbie!!!
