      It's great to know that banks will send police to your house @ almost midnight and scare the s### out of you if you spend your own money in a manner which they don't approve of. Think it's time to change banks.

      Very poor follow through on customer service. Very disappointing. I have been waiting a very long time for a service credit that they were supposed to give me. It is almost as though they hope I will go away, so they don't have to credit me for a mistake that they made. Soon enough, I may well go away- and take my business with me.

      Worst location ever. The teller I dealt with (and the manager!) were extraordinarily rude, and refused to do a simple transaction.(I then went to the location in Cerritos, which did it happily and apologized for this terrible location.) SO BAD. Not even worth the time to park your car.
