  Horrible customer service.... Always long lines.... Only 2 tellers and employees are rude and don't consider their customers conditions or feelings.... If I could give 1 star I would.... What really made me upset... Is an older gentleman looks to be in his 60's / 70's and no one had the urgency or courtesy to offer him a chair in this mile long line.... Horrible horrible horrible... I am no relations to this man but I was very upset over this

  They have lost there customer service touch, such long lines and very slow service. The branch manager should be assisting with at least making sure the people are ok.

  IT REALLY MAKES NO SENSE TO HAVE ONLY TWO TELLERS TO ACCOMMODATE A LINE OF PEOPLE THATS FLOWS TO ONE END OF THE BANK TO THE OTHER. EVERY SINGLE TIME.. I WILL BE WITHDRAWING OUR ACCOUNTS AND GO TO A CREDIT UNION. THEY TREAT YOU MUCH BETTER AND ACTUALLY HAVE EMPLOYEES..

  Long waiting lines & times. Managment should do more to improve customer service. Never enough cashiers. Hate going there.

  Tried to cash a five dollar check and they wanted to charge me six dollars to cash it. S.M.H! I went to cash a work check from Bank of America and they would not cash it because the teller could not get a hold,on the phone, of my boss who wrote me the check. Worst bank ever!

  Horrible waiting because only one teller for 11 people waiting in line, by the time you get to the teller you can feel the bad vibe because of the wait. Mangers don’t care at all.

  Ugly place main door is closed don't have any signs about to go to the rear door big line (10+person)only one person working the other just watching 5 to 10 minutes with each customer

  If you have a check from that bank and you don't have an acc with them,,, DON'T GO TO THAT BRANCH.. they have a policy to check with the issuer of the check by phone, if he don't answer,, they don't cash it for you after at least 45 minutes of waists time.. They just don't care,,, pin...hispanos/Chicanos/ mexicoamericanos racistas...

  They need to seriously hire new people I’ve been coming here every month on Saturday and when I come the line is always super long barely moves and you sit in line for more than an hour!! I hate coming here but they are the only ones that do cash deposit if you have no account!!😡😡😡

  everyone is right I have to go to the branch on a daily being that we make deposits for my job, and this branch is the closet and its always the same thing with those lines being so long even when the line isn't long the wait time for them to process a transaction is so long as well
