  Awful experience. Wouldn't refer them to my enemy. I got approved through the online system submitted all my info. Go in and they tell me they'll approve 1k less than what i asked for. Then they show me a vehicle that was in awful shape. Being a car dealership they didn't have much to choose from. I only got to see one. So they show me one online that i liked and after paying my down payment they tell me it's not in my price arrange. I got discourage and upset. They find one. Tell me that it at the other location too and that they'll have it ready for me in the morning. I go there the next morning and the sales man tells me that the transmission stopped working on it. He didn't even bother to tell me before i left to go up there. So i go and drive that vehicle i see the tire light is on and i tell him. He quickly brushed it off. Paperwork dragged and i told him that i needed to be in and out cause i had other things to do. It didn't seem to matter at all. Then he tells me about the money machine. I let my daughter do it. She caught $5. Use thinking cause they told us that they would hand use $5 cash that he was ggoing to give it to her....nnope he tells me they used it to put gas in the tank. Which he did NOT give me and option to do. Smdh!!! They were the worst! I would never ever referral anyone to them. Worst experience of my life.

  My salesman was the best!! Russell Bennett is the one you should speak with. He gets the job done. Fast, friendly, and definitely sufficient in his service 940 I35 is where he’s at!

  Tony at Auto City was great. I was able a great newer model car for less than a traditional dearlership. Got a great 2yr 24k warranty also. Would recommend Auto City to anyone.

  Came in on Black Friday and meet with Tony Ruiz. Application process was a breeze..no hassel, no BS, no pressure. Was able to test drive several vehicles from various car lots independently. The refer a friend program has great perks...anywhere from $200 to $10000. Need a vehicle..with or without a drivers license..Auto City is the place to go. Drove away in my 2013 Chrysler 200...I'm loving it!!!

  Very pleased with the customer service!!! Steve Moreno was awesome!! Did everything he could and needed to to assist me with the paperwork. I was approved for financing, and was able to drive off the lot the same day!! Will refer anyone to this place!! Thumbs way up!!!
