  Don't understand why this location does not have a higher review score. Specifically compared to the branches in the DC area, they treat you here as royalty. Needed a larger amount of cash which was no problem and the employees were very friendly, helpful and concerned for me walking out with the cash.

  Close my dad account for no reason or without telling him and his credit score went down 67pt. When I go in and ask for help they just gave me a number to call that is a robot that just told me that the account is closed and hang-up. Couldn't even talk to a real person. When you go in there they will try and get u out has fast has they can without even helping you like they don't want you there. Worse costomer service.

  The employees are nice. But I think it's time to upgrade to a new ATM. I've been using Bank of America for the last seven years. I have never seen such an old crappy machine. There is no reason it should take people twenty minutes to deposit cash into the ATM. Not only that but the touch screen barely works and you have to hit the screen like three times before it clicks what you want. Also I think there needs to be more than just one. It's supposed to be a quick deposit to avoid bank lines. Instead it's just as long as going in and standing in line.

  Service can be better. The tall white Lady who is the branch manager doesn’t genuinely care about the bank’s customer and clients. Had an issue cashing a Check and she was not willing to assist properly

  I just did open a bank account with them & every single person i’ve talked to at both branches have been nothing but so nice & SO helpful!!! Especially at this branch, I can’t remember her name, and i assume she’s a manager.... her desk is the one closest to the counters, ANYWAYSSSS, once she saw how long the line was she walked right over & kindly started helping everyone & next thing you know it, everyone got what they needed done, everyone was happy, and the line was hardly a line anymore!! She’s SO sweet & SO helpful! she helped me with things i didn’t even know to ask about :) so thank you & im so glad i chose to go with BOA!

  Bad service...no drive thru window open... I do not use ATM's. They should reopen drive thru window... Not feasible to always get out of the car and go inside. Moving my accounts to another bank

  A little busy, and they could do with a couple more staff, but looks like they are doing the best they can with number of employees they have.
