  I would rate this branch 5 stars, but unfortunately, I cannot, because of an incident this morning. I met with an extremely disrespectful, rude, and condescending employee with main character syndrome who not only refused to do her job, but spoke ill of me behind my back loudly for others to hear when I did nothing but treat her with kindness and respect during the entire appointment. I will not be returning to this branch in the future.

  The tellers are great, i think they work very hard, since they are short staffed. There is always a line. I was waiting for help from a customer service person and it seemed she was too busy with an associate. I have a lot of patience, but must draw the line when 10-15 minutes go by with not even a nod. Sorry BOA. This is why I go to Needham Bank.

  Great experience at this Financial Center branch today! The teller was courteous and efficient. The manager, Steve Taylor, personally helped me with a question about my account. Super nice interior at this location, looks brand new with high ceilings and outer lobby for quick, easy access to the ATMs.

  Your run of the mill bank in Needham, tellers are nice enough and the place is tidy

  The people in this branch are friendly, but I regularly experience waiting when I have business to do inside the bank.

  Very bad place they humiliated me. They asked me for a license ... and they thought it was fake and they verified it 20 times. I showed them my work permit and my 5 bank cards .. the boss is very rude ... I have a business account but the boy to close.
