  Terrible. Nothing was explained correctly. I tried to set up a checking account for my daughter. They set up a savings account. I also ordered a replacement debit card for my own account. It never came.

  This place it’s absolutely horrible, the manager can’t even show up to open the store! Been waiting here for 35 min!!

  There is no customer service at the bank they have to get on the phone and call somebody else and then that somebody else doesn't know what to do

  This bank is horrible. They close your account and not give your money back..the employees and managers are rude..this is the worst bank experience I have ever had..I would give no star. Thiefs.
