Anita McKenzie1I was wiring money with assistance from a banker, said it would be there in a couple hours, found out 4 hours later it still wasn't there. Went back to the bank to let him know the financial advisor's assistant said there is a second step she would help him with and he got up from his desk and left, came back and tossed a paper on the desk and said it has left Wells Fargo. DID NOT HELP, NOR WOULD HE HELP. Very rude and unconcerned about my issue.

Lori Greco4That's my go to bank. Have had my share of troubles with the financial advisor on 951 and 41 in Naples Fl. James my advisor cost me probate fees to the tune of over 4,000. Why, because he did the paperwork wrong at my cost to the large sum I had to pay, for Mr. James Rocco. I have another advisor Trudell Kolpack. So far so good, still thinking about changing banks, for Wells Fargo has cost me alot of money. Sad, I've been with you since Wacova. Wish I had more faith in my bank! Lori L. Greco

C M5Doing the regular things everyday is what we all expect from a business. When the rubber meets the road is when you find out your value in your employee. I know because I run the top rated insulation company in MN . Megan the branch manager is humble and she handled a situation that was all bad and turned it to all good . There was confusion on thier end about funds. I was hot and caused a scene . It was Friday . I was not happy. She called me right when she got in this am to apologize and assure me everything was OK. She forgave me as well . We had a great conversation . She was really looking out for my best interest even though I didn't think so at the time . She is a fellow MN native as well ! Anyone can handle the day to day things but it takes a special person to handle the wild crazy and heated situation and de escalate it and make it better than it was before said incident. Megan did this in a major way . Wells is blessed to have her run that branch which deals with alot of high volume customers . Kudos to Wells for keeping the right people in place . I am sure she will be moving up and has continued to rise from the start there . Thanks again . I love wells again !

Robin Swanson5I sailed into the bank 5 minutes before closing today. I was greeted as I walked in, and I apologized for making their weekend shorter. I felt like I was the first customer of the day! They helped me get into my safe deposit box, and expedited a cash deposit. I was there no more than 10 minutes. Awesome staff!
