  This bank is not run efficiently. They have one person working the front everytime I go and she is extremely slow and never worried about the line of people waiting. If you’re gonna only have one teller make sure they are quick and knowledgeable and don’t have to wait every five min for an override cuz she’s not qualified enough to do the transaction herself. Also the customer service is terrible..

  Highly dissatisfied with overall services at this location. Had to wait over an hour to wire money and another time I was advised not to wait as they are one hour away from the closing and will not be able to do wire for me. I would avoid this branch at all cost

  Having a business account with a bank that is closed on Saturdays is very difficult. Then come Monday morning you have to wait in line with the back up of weekend customers. Today I wait in line with my Friday, Saturday and Sunday deposits. Finally my turn and a gentleman walks up behind me. The teller asks me if I wouldn't mind letting him go ahead of me because he is just paying his mortgage and I have multiple transactions. Multiple yes, because you are closed on the weekend. I wait in this line 5 days a week. This man just came through the door. I run a business. My time is valuable. I also wear my business logo, so how could I say no... let him wait like I had. So, please... take this retired gentleman first... after all he's just paying his mortgage. Thanks Bank of America for putting me on the spot and devaluing my time as a business owner and customer. I make my mortgage payment at Liberty Bank and I can do it on a Saturday!

  What kind of bank is closed FRIDAY and SATURDAY. They close at 4 every other day they are open. When people work 9-5 jobs when the heck are they supposed to be able to go to the bank!?!?!

  Open Mon-Friday 9AM-4PM JOKE! Open Sat 9AM-12 PM with long line of customers and cashiers in training -JOKE! Charging $15.00 for cashier’s check clients who have multiply accounts with the bank like: checking, savings, car loan, 2 mortgages accounts - BIG JOKE!

  I have been banking here for more than 7 years now and i have always found the staff very helpful. Both me and my wife have accounts here and i never got a chance to complain about anything. They really help you to understand the mechanism of certain things and help you getting it done.

  They never have temporary debit cards. Everytime my bank suspects a fraudulent charge they close my card. So whenever I come here for a temporary debit card they always have a excuse that the person isn’t there blablabla. Worse location to come to

  The Bank closed my business account without warning or any notification, due to a change in policy. I am disappointed with the service provided by Bank Of America. If there was a below zero review I would give it!

  No drive up service. So I drive up, right lane is for ATM, the left one is for the window service. I need service so I took the left lane. After I drive up, the window said window service is no longer available, ATM only. I wish there is a sign before I chose the lane.

  That Jordan, very fast and efficient glad this branch is open again, along with Allana the people here at Bank of America go out of there way to really help you out
