Howard Faam1This branch , and B of A in general, sucks . Long line, can't get an appointment . Phone call tell you schedule an appointment on line. Online appointment not available for up to 3 months !!!

Courtney Shannon1I think the people can be nice, but overall there is not enough people working. Every time i stand in line for a teller, the line itself is long and takes forever because there is a lack of employees helping, there is always other people in the same line commenting and/or complaining how long this particular branch and set of tellers take, it is nice that they want to take the time to talk and even get to know you but at some point i don't need to hear about your dating life and there are others in line that need help and dont want to wait for your conversation to end. They would really improve if there was a designated number of tellers (like 3 or 4) who were there to help complete the transactions. Also, i think this would improve the attitude of the workers who can sometimes be very obviously stressed because they are trying to do so much and the attitude of the customers since they would not be waiting as long.

SmS106 (SmS106)2Almost an hour in line to handle a simple transaction. Only one teller working with up to 10 people in line meanwhile at least 6-8 other employees came in and out but didn’t think to step in and help with the line. Also at least another 10 employees in offices in the front plus a greeter at the door. Meanwhile their only excuse was to say the other teller is at lunch. Perhaps planning and staffing for the fact that lunch occurs everyday might be an idea!!! Never going back to this branch again.

Martselina Phillips2One teller and a huge line. 10 minutes later, hasn't moved. I left, because last time I stood in line for an entire hour like this. This seems to be the Bank of America signature. It doesn't matter how "big" you are, if you can't hire enough employees to provide your services, I can see your end on the horizon.
Response from the ownerHi, Martselina. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations and know that your time is valuable. Chris Mather1Do yourself a favor and don't ever come to this BoA. Do yourself another favor and close your account and move to another bank. This bank is filled with incompetence. There are constantly 15 people working in the building of which 2 can actually help you. The other 13 people stand or walk around aimlessly. There's usually one teller who can't actually do anything so she has to call on 4 other people to come help her or approve what she's doing. This creates a line which usually takes a minimum of 30 minutes. When you finally get to the counter they'll make you recite the alphabet backwards and give you a 30 question quiz to confirm who you are and your account (because having your ATM card, pin, ID, and social isn't enough proof). If you're reading this review, I wrote it while waiting in line for the teller.

LV Exec1BEWARE!!!! If you are immune compromised I would not suggest this bank. most locations are closed and the ones open have lines around the block with little social distancing. I waited 35 minutes to with draw cash and they only allow 10k per day. BofA please do better for the people. you are the largest bank in America. Outside of that I love BofA and staff is always friendly and on point.

issac khoury1Every location has 10 to 15 sales people sitting on desks most of them doing nothing and 10 teller windows but only one maybe 2 tellers active, always a line and long wait, every location I’ve been to had that problem for years now, I finally started closing my accounts and have one left and soon will be closed. Worst customer service I have seen in my life by a bank. Closed business and personal accounts, never ever. I don’t even know how they stay in business. Bank somewhere else

Sean Bolger5Superb help, everyone of them has gone out of their way to meet my needs. I have been helped by three of their associates, and each has exceeded my expectations of a bank employee and I and my accounts are all squared away.

Alex Tovar5"This better be important". If Gout problems got future North Scottsdale, AZ Bank-Captain Chad Todaro out of standing post on Fridays where I found myself covering for him for over a year. Then going to the wrong bank and having to leave because of a family emergency then I might as well as leave to attend to my wife. "April fools". Asking for a transfer back to Phoenix, AZ and having to wait 90 days so my benefits would expire then egg on my head. What seemed to be a good idea to move back to be with our loved ones turned out to be the cruelest joke of all. My mother-in-law was diagnosed with Cervical cancer and was expected to pull through but unfortunately a kidney infection would ravage her body as the infection was spreading rapidly through her body and she had no choice but to leave us..My wife would always prank call her mother on April Fool's Day and she would always fall for it. Now I know why Arizona Cardinal's wide-receiver Larry Fitzgerald would keep his mother's phone line on just like my wife would've loved to hear her mother answer the phone today. She would've probably said "April Fool's pendeja, si no estoy muerta!". "For Reals". I really wish April Fool's was a real day where our loved ones were just away on "vacation". We never quite understand why we treat each other the way we do until it's too late and you're on the other side of the coin. Cancer exists in all of us, let's no longer be the cancer on society and really think on how we treat each other, (empathy). The bank associates were understanding of the situation and wished me good luck. In Loving Memory of Rolanda Santiago.. Live. Love. Laugh...
