  After our first lender failed stating, "I did everything I can possibly do and there is just no way possible to make this work" and with our contingency now expired we reached out to Jon and his team. They took the said "impossible" and within just 2 weeks of working with Simplifi, they got the job done. Jon, Betty, Janelle and Sheanna were FANTASTIC to work with. This team is amazing and really know their business. They made the process simple and easy being very attentive and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Amazing people, great company and I recommend them to everyone. Thank you SimpliFi Morgage for making our dream of owning this beautiful home possible when the other guys said it wasn't. 🙏

  The team at SimpliFi was 1st class from start to finish. If you are looking for a team to make a difficult process very easy, look no further. Sheana and Betty are very quick to respond to any questions you have, and they work fast and efficiently.   Great experience with Jon Gedde and his team. Had a few roadblocks with my mortgage due to the property being unique but they were able to navigate around them and get the necessary solutions. Very satisfied.

  SimpliFi mortgage did an outstanding job handling our file from start to finish. Jon and hit team are awesome! Sheanna was great and made things super easy for us. Their communication and friendliness made us feel comfortable with our situation. SimpliFi mortgage got us out of a bind last minute that our first lender gave up on. We were able to close on the house and finally receive our first ever set of keys. I would recommend SimpliFi mortgage to anyone who is looking to buy a home.   Jon and his team at SimpliFi, truly make miracles happen! I came to them after things were sounding a little disheartening at another mortgage company. After explaining my situation to Jon, he said that they could get started immediately and charge less. With only 20 days left until close I was still a little nervous making the switch, but felt confident that the SimpliFi team could get it done and I trusted my gut and them. I not only closed on time, but early! They made the process seamless and I was able to trust that they were working daily and weren’t going to let me lose my dream home, in a crazy market.
