P Jay1I have never had a good experience at this BOA and will never return again. Every single time I am in there, there is an issue and the service is extremely slow. If you are making a single deposit they literally count every check individually one by one as if it’s 1950 which is why the wait time is generally 30 minutes at minimum. Every other BOA I am in and out in a second… they do the deposit and if there is a mistake they correct it. There is also always an issue . For example, once a deposit had the previous days date on the deposit slip as I didn’t get to the bank that day. They made a huge issue for it being the wrong date saying we can’t make this deposit . Seriously just change the date to today. Hello? This is not an issue at all. They are not friendly in the way they address the problems and there’s always always something wrong. By always, I mean I have never done anything in there that was smooth sailing . There is one lady who is never nice to me. Any issues that they present , I have gone to other locations for and they were not an issue at all. Also I never write bad reviews , unless the poor service is consistent and has really made my banking experience significantly harder than it should be .

Leyla Tan1I called many times. They said three times that they would take my number and get back to me. they never returned. I haven't been able to solve the problem with my account for two weeks. a disgraceful place

alex kennedy1this is the worst branch, i was physically there in person with my license and other documents but they wouldn't serve me because they had the wrong cell phone number on file for me which was THEIR error. i told them okay lets update the phone number and they tell me i need to make an appointment, lol really? this branch is trash, i refuse to make an appointment for something so stupid, i left and went to the hackensack branch and they fixed the problem in 5 minutes.

Kaan Ejder1Bank of America is good bank but this branch needs a smart Manager. Unfortunately this brunch manager is not smart enough for being a brunch manager. She just gives hard time to people even for opening a new account. Today we tried to open a new account but we couldn't because of her. She wanted a lot of ridiculous documents just for opening a new account. We went to another brunch and open a new account that was much much more easy.

TALLTREPRENEUR1Manager here made me feel as if I was not even banking with BOA. I have been with BOA for over 11 years and she was extremely rude about waiving a cashiers check fee that was coming from my account. When you want continued loyalty and customer service you do all that you can to retain your customer and make them happy, especially with the competition of retail banking in 2019. Def looking to move my money elsewhere where customer satisfaction is the main priority, especially since my checking account is what allows these bank employees to be paid. Good riddance.

Laura Rave1Be carful the ATM machine doesn’t belong to the bank. I deposited money at the atm inside the bank and the receive say les money that I have put in the atm the bank was close at that time. They wouldn’t even let me see the video that shows the transaction they made me get a police report I proved to them that I made that money is been more than 5 months the Bank of America took my employees payroll. Shame on these people. The Bank manager told me that the company that collected the money from the atm machine is the one responsible.

Diane Binns53 generation's have had account's there. I won't bank any place else. The people in the branch are wonderful. BA as a whole, has a customers back. Money was stolen from my card. BA caught it. They called me. Told me not to worry. They fixed it. I never saw a charge. Outstanding!

Audrey1If I could give less than 1 star I would. Banking with bank of America and this branch specifically has been the worst experienceive i have ever had. They are highly unprofessional to a point of disgust. I would never in a million years refer anyone to this bank ever. No one knows what they are talking about and all they do is pull things out of thin air to make it seem as if they knew what they are talking about. The amount of issues and stress my family has experience because of this bank is awful. I can not wait to close my account with them. ABSOLUTE WORST BANK. 100 % UNPROFESSIONAL. They should be ashamed.
