  I am 100% Cancelling my Bank of America account. No sort of courtesy for long term customers and totally lack understanding in regards to the gravity of real life situations. Generally disrespectful. Very sad to see the direction Bank of America is going.

  I’ve used nearly every bank in Hackettstown & this one is easily the worst bank I ever dealt with. I opened up an account recently & needed help getting a debit card & checks & the manager told me to do it myself online. Not knowing how to do it, I never got it done. I’m going back tomorrow to see if ANYONE their can please help me.

  BofA is 100 times better than Wells Fargo. The staff is personable and extremely helpful. For the convenience factor, you cant beat them.

  I'm using this bank for almast 15 years an always I'v been treated with respect there mostly by Luana Martino, she's very caring and patient, an exceptional profesional.

  Friendly and helpful employees. The only problem is that sometimes there aren't enough of them and there are long lines waiting for only one available teller.

  Thank God I don’t have an account through BOA and have to use this branch. Idiots run this place. Stay clear if you can...they can’t even cash a check for you.
