  My husband and I just closed on our dream home yesterday and have been working with Denise Romano for the past three years. She has been absolutely incredible!! Being a first time home buyer in this current market has been a disaster and at times we thought we were never going to find a place or get a mortgage, but Denise kept reassuring us that something better would come along and that we would find the perfect place. Any time we saw a house we loved she was a phone call away and would immediately start working numbers for us to make sure we were able to put the right offer in and an offer that we could afford. She was so personable and made us feel so comfortable. She made sure to always check in with us throughout this whole process. If I could give Denise 1 million stars I would. She worked with us during the week, at night, over the weekends. We could not have asked for a better person to work with and we feel so truly blessed to have crossed paths with Denise. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts Denise and thank you to Suzanne Grillo and whoever else took part in getting us our mortgage.   I had the pleasure of having Denise Romano for my refinance. It was the easiest most efficient refinance I have ever had. Her communication skills are outstanding. She was on top of every detail. I previously tried to refinance with PNC Bank and they treated me horribly then my neighbor recommended Denise and my refinance was completed within a month. It was a pleasure working with her. I would be more than comfortable recommending her to anyone and will use her for all of my own future needs.

  Bob Forte at AHMC has been guiding my husband and I for over a year to help us prepare for a mortgage this coming January. So far he has been absolutely amazing and his advice has been invaluable. Our credit has improved and we know exactly what we had to do to prepare ourselves for the best possible outcome. I look forward to completing the process and updating this review when all is finalized! ______ UPDATE: It's April 3, and as of yesterday, my husband and I are officially homeowners!!! We absolutely could not have done this without Bob's help. The entire team at the Hackettstown office made this dream possible for us. We had some unusual circumstances and crazy hurdles to overcome, and they worked with us every step of the way. From offer to close, despite all of the chaos coming from our end, they got us to close in a ridiculously short amount of time. My mother made a bet that they couldn't possibly close that fast. She lost! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Bob and everyone else at the Hackettstown office. You guys are amazing, and everyone who doesn't use you for their next mortgage is nuts.

Denise was there every step of the way and any questions we had were answered swiftly and knowledgeably. If there were any bumps in the road, it was quickly tended to!
