Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Tim Gannon1Bank of America is the worst bank. They act like every customer of theirs is some kind of scam artist. They put 10 day holds on cashiers checks!! The reason customers give us cashiers checks is so we don’t have the dumb bank put a hold on it, so we can get the job done without having to use credit or our own money. Not good if you’re running a business. I’ll be closing this account.

bar bos5I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this branch and with Bank of America customer service in general. Ashley has gone above and beyond with helping me in my unique situation. They are responsive, prompt, and super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help. I think people should review the positive, and not just negative experiences.
Response from the ownerThanks for letting us know how helpful Ashley was during your financial center visit. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know what we’re doing well. ^ines

X'nedra Fan1Everything always takes forever and is a hassle. I love waiting in the lobby for one person and watching 4 other employees chat and look at their cell phones because they only have one person who can do anything besides teller work apparently. I also don't understand why when I am in the office the person who is supposed to help me has to call customer service. I could do that at home except they don't accept documents digitally.

Samereh Abdoli1It is unbelievable how they treat you. I opened a credit card account and approved. Then I received a letter to provide my driver license and my permanent residency documents. I came to this branch and one if the staff took my documents entered then in the system and said you are good to go. Few days later I tried to use my credit card and it didn’t Work. I received an email saying my account is closed. I contacted them and said I have provided all the documents but they did not gave it. I completed their customer service survey and someone contacted me saying my documents is not in the system and they need hard copy of them. Today I came to the bank they send the scan version of my documents to the appropriate office but told me my credit card cannot be opened. How it is possible? They did a mistake and now I need to pay for it? How you can do this to your customers? I also was told that because of my country citizenship which is Iran we go through a different process!!! Just somebody be fair enough to tell me what is all about? Why a staff made the mistake and now it is me to pay for their mistake by not being able to access to my credit account? Is anyone here this or feel is accountable to answer me or I can hear the most funniest phrase: is there anything else that I can do for you?

Messor Mortis1I went into this location today to order a replacement debit card. My current one doesn't seem to read properly anymore. I called to order one over the phone and asked about updating my security picture in the top left hand corner. It has been about 10 years since the picture was taken and I wanted it updated. I was told to come in to this location to have my picture updated. This seems easy enough, take my picture and order a new card. I was told to have a seat and wait. I didn't have a problem taking a seat and waiting since I didn't have an appointment. After 40 minutes of waiting others who came in after me and also didn't have an appointment were getting waited on before me. I know they didn't have an appointment because it wasn't like they were having a private conversation regarding what they were there for and also, no appointment. I don't care what they were coming in for, it definitely wasn't as simple as snapping a picture and ordering a new debit card. Giving preferential treatment is something I do have a problem with. Poor handling of customer service, will not go back.

Desiree Herman3Does anyone answer the phone there? I’ve only been banking with this location a few weeks and from the jump it wasn’t spectacular. But, Britney ( The relationship manager or coordinator) has been fantastic with our many issues. I just don’t want to drive up there to ask a question. Can someone please answer the phone?
Response from the ownerHi, Desiree. We appreciate your feedback. This will help us continue to improve our processes. Max Naprey1I set up an appointment online for 1pm for my business account. I only needed to create several debit cards for my employees. I am not sure how BOA works but I am sure that any associate would be able to help me out with that. Especially considering the fact that there are at least three more of them sitting in their rooms without the customers. Well, it’s 2pm now and I am still waiting for my turn. There was no one else waiting for appointment since I arrived and I have quite a lot of time to write this review. One star for today...

Crystal Haven1I have an excellent credit history and applied for a credit card with this institution and was quickly denied through the mail. When I called to find out why I was being declined I was transferred several times and then was told to write a letter to appeal it. I couldn't even speak to a person to explain to me the reason why I was declined. I have paid off homes and cars and I know my credit history is excellent. I would not recommend this bank to anyone for for any reason. They just pinged my credit score for nothing. A worthless banking institution.

Ashley Ingram1The customer service was HORRENDOUS. An employee was screaming at a customer in the lobby while I was there because one of HER tellers took unauthorized money out of a customer’s bank account. I got to the desk and the teller was rude to every customer in front of me and me as well. Just a horrible experience altogether and ridiculous, unnecessary fees. Thankful I don’t bank here and won’t be making the mistake of coming here again.
