Shawn Ratliff1We stood in line nearly 30 minutes to cash some bonds in. They had 9 people total in the bank, only one at the teller window. People were lined back to the entrance. At one point there were 6 people behind the window, still one teller. Poor customer service. I'm changing banks after 24 years with them.

Scott Stegall1If you like to stand in lines every time you go to the bank for over 20 minutes this is you bank. You use them and leave the quick ones to me. 🤣 Not when I am withdrawing $80,000. Been there tried that.

Alma Express5When I visited this branch there was only one taller lady and a line of 5-6 customers but the taller was good and the line was moving quickly. Moreover, branch manager, very nice lady, noticed the line and immidiately interviiened starting assisting people in the line. To sum up, I had extreamly positive experience with this BOA branch Today.

K Kos1The customer service is beyond AWFUL! The tellers are rude, they refuse to answer the phone, and they send people away at the door. They refused a cash deposit bc my fiance's name was not listed on the account- despite the sealed envelope and signed deposit slip. Additionally, a deposit I counted 5 times was "$100 short" two days later. Why didn't the teller double check it and run it thru the cash machine? Pure laziness...paid for by all their insane account fees they have recently added. Due to my deposit being denied by the greeter, BofA has now lost a 15 year customer.

Jennifer Beadle1One of the largest branches in the area and only one teller. You can add ATM’s and tablets to the lobby all you want but when the bank requires certain documents to process certain transactions that only a teller can handle, then HIRE tellers to be there!
