Becca Frolicking5I had my identity stolen and email accounts hacked, hence why I am using the alias above. I came into Bank of America to pay a mortgage and Owen Peterson was extremely helpful. He helped me to secure my account, he gave me tips on how to keep my account safe. I appreciated his help while going through this crisis. He also is easy on the eyes and smelled pretty good. It was the only highlight to the disaster I was going through.

P Stells1This was the worst banking experience ever I was racially profiled in February by Owen and the supervisor at the time when withdrawal money from my own account I was treated with such disdain I felt like I was being interrogated. I had proper ID but was still asked to get my phone out of the car to send a message and it that wasn't enough I called another B of A rep on the line to verify I'm sure we can get a copy of the recording. The bank is located on 1994 Robert St Paul MN I haven't been back since I have to go today 😢 and I dread it..That experience took 30 to 40 min I was so upset I left in tears because I then knew what it was because of the color of your skin.

Mason Y5Great experience with this branch. Compared to the other branch in st Paul, night and day difference Jared helped us get a bank stamp for a government form (US Treasury) for purchase of I bonds and EE bonds. He stepped in to help us as the first representative was confused about what we needed. Will be visiting this branch from now on. Thanks for the proactive customer service!

Jay Daniels1Definitely one of the worst interactions I've had with a bank (Jared) whoever this guy is inside the bank that works for them personally need to be reavaluted on basic customer service skills he was playing out a conversation on which I asked him directly if I would be able to 1: get a new card today at least temporary 2: get it digitally through my phone He didn't answer either until he walked me through something I called him/them previous about over the phone that I could've done by myself so overall big waste of time alot of ignorance and very rude individual I will now be taking my banking elsewhere by the end of this month

Callie Yang1Came last week to cash my check, they asked for my Drivers License, suddenly today, they said I needed to show a second proof of ID(passport) etc. this is the closest one, they suddenly had a policy change implemented 2 months ago but just changed today!? They had great customer services but today they were horrible! Wrong staff working today?! Then they said I should open an account that way I’ll only need my drivers license as proof and it’ll be verified! WTH taking my banking business elsewhere!

Steven Montejano1Came here to try and cash a check and they did not want to help said the check was a high risk because of the amount. I understood, so I offered to open an account and they seemed unwilling to help me with that as well. Not a good experience.

jon L1The staffs are so slow, especially Neelima. There’s only me in line and a guy in the counter and it took almost 15 minutes just to get to me. The manager should’ve sent someone to help but didn’t. Very bad!
