  TERRIBLE!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVR TO USE THIS BANK AND LOCATION IT IS A MINIMUM 10-15 MINUTE WAIT AS THEY ONLY HAVE ONE TELLER ON AN HOUR BEFORE CLOSE. EVEN WHEN THERE ARE TWO TELLERS WORKING, IT STILL TAKES AN OBSCENE AMOUNT OF TIME AS THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT HUSSLE means

  The manager of this location refused to take a cash deposit after I waited 45 mins and rudely threw me out shouting after I commented about how more tellers are sitting pretending to work than waiting on customers. This location is terribly managed and two other customers expressed their opinions to the rude manager. This experience has reminded me of why I will never bank with Bank of America again.

  Went in to do some deposits for the resurant I co-own. Gentleman named Jonathan got upset that he had to take the time to deposit all the money, and started cursing under his breath, and impatiently tapping his fingers on the table while I was handing him the money. Told me "you guys have to start getting deposit bags" which we used to do until they started charging extra for them. The other lady is always a sweetheart though.

  Best BoA in Massachusetts! I showed up on a Saturday at 11:59 and was still able to handle all my banking problems and the relationship manager and the general manager made time for me despite only having 2 dollars left in my checking account! Thanks whatever your names are!

  Absolutely horrible and rude service. I came into the branch to make deposits for a very large national business account and was treated very rudely and given nothing but a hassle. I will be traveling further to go to another branch until my company switches over to TD bank.

  The counter staff at this bank truly work very hard, and do their best to serve the community. It’s too bad the system itself isn’t designed to help them do their job.

  This branch is one of the worst for customer service. Went to take care of securing my accounts after the sudden death of my husband and was told to talk to a teller.
