  Opens late, kind but incompetent service, limited funds (Turned people away if they needed to withdraw more than 1000), trash all around the parking lot and beggars will come up to you depending on the time of day. I run a business, they wouldn’t let one of my contractors cash the check, I took the check to another branch no issues.

  I went to the bank to change $10 pennies, but the two tellers told me zero penny in the bank, I couldn't believe no one penny in the whole bank and then I asked to see the manager, he allowed me to change the $10 pennies. The manager so nice, but the two tellers so terrible and lied to client.

  The guy at the Randallstown branch, started the conversation by mispronouncing my first name. BTW, I'm 70 and probably old enough to be his mother. All I wanted to do was deposit money to a joint account. When I left that branch, I wanted him to go to hell. I drove down the street to the Rockdale branch. I was met "at the door" by a young man. He was polite and interested in helping me . I felt that they wanted me to leave satisfied. | He asked another person to explain what I needed and she was equally helpful and respectful. I left with a solution to my problem and a smile to boot! Thank you Ms Holt!

  The bank manager, Ms. Holt at the front desk helped me.I did not have to wait to see an associate. I was really in a stressed out mode dealing with a property purchase and credit card debt playoff.Thank you so very much for your patience,honesty and help.

  I had a great experience with the service generally. Opening account, depositing, waiting on line it did not took more than 20 minutes. Ashley is very helpful and charming.

  I’ve been with Bank of America rather a customer for 16 years.. but I’ve been going to this bank for the past 10 years.. I love it even tho I’ve watch tellers come and go.

  BOA adds new fees to use my own money. I don't care how nice their staff is. Greedy is greedy!
