  Worst customer service experience of my life. It was my first time going to a pawn shop and likely my last pertaining to this store. The store clerks were prejudiced and mocked the price value of my item, using eBay. The store is dusty and empty for a reason. They greatly underestimate the value of customer patronage by what items they have. At the end of day, every customer should be treated with respect, with optimal objectivity. These people are very unprofessional and disrespectful. DO NOT even honor these ignorant people with your presence. They only have two stars for a reason!

  I’ve been patronizing this establishment for many years, and will continue to do so. Friendly, honest, professional, and courteous staff. I always find what I’m looking for. Prices are very fair and reasonable. I have never felt like I paid too much for any of my purchases or repairs. The staff are always eager to advise even when you don’t buy.

  Great service and extensive selection of all sorts of items. I have purchased laptops (Mac and Asus), Sony DVD player, power tools and several pieces of jewelry (even fixed my watch and earrings)! The staff is super friendly and always willing to make a reasonable deal with you! I highly recommend this shop!

  I have patronized this establishment over a dozen times. I will say this, currently the way it's run, the employees are very rude to non white customers. Years ago it was not like this because the father who ran the business was respectful to all people. Now, his son runs the business and i have witnessed the son telling his father that he is too nice to customers. It's called respect which the son doesn't display. Good customer service goes a long way but unfortunately the son and the other employees haven't gotten the message. I believe the good reviews on here are bogus. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AS THIS DUMP.

  The shop is very well organized in reference to a lot of other pawn shops.. Kevin was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about his products they sell... I bought several things from them and I'm very satisfied with their products... They always stand behind them to make sure you're happy

  Terrible experience at this place. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy any electrical equipment whatsoever from this store.They sold me an electrical equipment that is defective and wouldn't honor an exchange or any type of resolution but very aggressive rude attitude especially coming from the male counterpart that works/ probably owns or Co-owns this place. The item seemed to work fine when tested at their shop before I purchased it, but when I got home to use it later on I realized it was defective. Vladimir Putin(current Russian president) has a better shot at being the president of the United States of America than I ever going back here to buy anything electrical from here.

  Rude blonde lady would not let me speak. Unless you are selling off your guitar or ugly jewelry, don't waste your time. Unfriendly and I took my jewels and left. F her attitude.
