Kathy Myers1Received a notice to call the bank and provide information on an account. Notice contains a bold faced, large type deadline. Tried to call multiple times, and, as mentioned in reviews posted here by others, although the bank is open, according to website and recorded message, no one ever answered. Decided to hop down and and over info in writing. Oh, not so fast! Tellers cannot handle this kind of issue and there is a 45 minute wait to see someone who can. 80 minutes later a Relationship Banker called me into her semi-private cubicle to type in my info while I sat and watched. I will be ending my relationship with Bank of America.

Mason Vang1Trying to call them takes an eternity. They never will answer the phone and forces you to go in essentially. I don’t live close and it’s inconvenient.

susan clark1My experience at this bank location has made me decide to close my account, which I've had for decades. I am from out of state, and needing a letter notarized, so I go the the bank where I have an account, makes sense, they're my bank. The manager on duty tells me she cannot notarize this letter, sorry, without some sort of a state seal, or something. "I have never heard of such a thing, never had this problem before, and why? What do you mean?" Sorry she says, but you can either go print another document with said stamp, or go to UPS. HMMM BofA offers this service free, UPS charges $15. I have an account, what's up with this. I leave, call customer service, no help there, they cannot explain, and BofA website ways absolutely nothing about this requirement, just have proper ID, don't sign ahead etc. So, I call local West Bank, no problem, come on over, to either location and we will notarize. I did, they did, and done. It should have been this simple of BofA. BofA and current manager deserve a 0. West Bank a 10+.

Allison Brienzo1Cayla , a manager of some sort, was incredibly rude when I was in and had met with a notary to try and open an estate account I am a co-executor on. This place will never get my business and Ill do my best to make sure no one else I know goes there. I dont even want to give it one star.

This week specifically, I had a lot of changes to make to my account and we hit a few bumps along the road. I worked with Bob Capalbo and was so lucky! He was incredibly patient, nice, and helpful. He even stayed past close so I could finish up the changes and not have to come back again. I am so greatful that we had him to work with this week and plan to come back to him for any future needs

Erik S.1I tried to cash a check they wrote on one of their own accounts for INS check.. They told me I need two forms of ID to cash the check since I dont carry two forms of ID *who does* they made me open an account *which I didnt want to do. Funny thing was I could open an account with one ID. Does that make any sense!

Tasha Royer1Worst bank I have ever been waiting for a hour, this is complete nonsense never coming to this branch ever again. All I wanted to do was change my PIN number. Which normal banks let you do over the phone but no I have to leave my job to come here and wait for almost an hour now and still counting.

Simon James1Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. I have never had such issues other than with this bank. Not only are they not helpful but they don't even take responsibility for their actions.
