  If i could leave -10 I would. I went to get something notarized they told me they can't because of what it was. I went to the UPS got it notarized no problem. I was profiled that's the bottom line. I'm withdrawing all my families accounts from bank of America. They didn't even ask if i was an member.

  Chad the Branch Manager is the Man very professional and very helpful! You don’t find Good men like him like that!! I apperiate all of his help def recommend you come to this bank! A great leader as well!

  I found myself in a bit of a pickle on New Year's Eve, and after going to three separate banks, Bank of America was the only bank still open. They graciously helped me even though I didn't have an account there and they had no obligation to, and they really got me out of a bind. Definitely made a great impression, and eventually when I end up changing banks, I'm going to look into opening an account with them. Thanks for the save, guys!

  This little elderly woman's card got stuck in the machine right at 4:00 p.m. I know that they were closing but we kindly asked for help and they were really rude about it and refused to help her. They gave us a number to call that did not help either.

  “They changed my day”. I was having a bad day today. I went to this place for get a New debit card, because I loose my card, but happened amazing things. I was Getting problem With my car and even without to be them job they helped me. Thank you everyone that work in that place, they did better my day. Especially Pamela, thank u very much. “Armando”

  If The drive thru atm is not broken the one on the building is!! To avoid this wouldn’t it make sense to add 2 drive threw atm’s?? But don’t let me do all the thinking

  The bank charged me 8 dollars to cash a check drawn in their bank and would not allow me to open an account there to avoid the fee. They were rude about it as well. Will never go here again.

  Manager would not cash a check for me without spending time with a banker to open account with them. Already left them due to terrible customer service
