Summit FCU was so simple to work with for a loan on my truck. The application process was online, quick and easy. Approval was done in minutes which I was not expecting at all. Was contacted shortly after the approval to setup a time to go into the branch and sign paperwork which went very smooth. Great Rates, Great people, Great Service. Nice Job Summit FCU and a special mention to Jourdan Cenname and Jessica Williams on their exceptional service at the Main/Winton Branch. Highly recommend! Thank you

Matthew Brooks5Limited experience with Summit, but very positive. Closed out a loan with them a few years ago but needed the paperwork now. Even as a non-current customer, the two people I spoke to yesterday and today were both very helpful and got me what I needed.

Mark V.1They make things difficult at every turn. I'm nearly 50 and have tons of experience paying bills, this is hands down the hardest payment I've ever made simply because of their website and system.

Nia Coppini1Horrible company, for some reason they make it an issue at every turn for me to deposit money into my accounts or move money in my accounts to pay them. I sat after making a useless 30 min drive to put my paycheck (cash) into the ATM to deposit so I can use my card and account as intended for this round of bills due to issues with my other card needing reorder, and the ATM wont let me deposit even 100 in fresh 20s from it back into my Summit account. lo and behold is July 5th, apparently a new national holiday because they're all closed and that 24/7 customer service is also closed, so I have no help, only cash and no way to use my bank account as a bank account and payments now late because they need a card or account number to be paid with. You'd think as someone who paid my 5,500 loan off early in under a year an a half I'd have some better service or at least be able to use my bank account.

Dessa Gregory2Horrible service. Had a virtual call with an employee, sent all the documents needed, told I would get a call back. I DID NOT. It's been a week and I've heard nothing and have called to follow up. How do you call yourself a relationship specialist when you are bad at communicating and building relationships? 🤷♀️

Siva1Absolutely terrible bank, does not care about anything other than your money and has customer service that has no power and are very unhelpful. This bank has charged so many predatory fees to my account while I am financially struggling and refuses to do anything about it at all. They have even charged fees for payments that I have already paid using another bank. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. This bank is the definition of highway robbery. Run the other direction if you see them.

Gary Wille1Customer service has fallen off entirely. Poor service, poor treatment from employees. Not worth the time or hassle. They also have more fees then a major bank. Don't waste your time with this credit union.

Kass Andolina1Lied about co-signer requirements. Was telling me I would need use one of my roommates to co-sign for an auto loan when I had a family member willing and capable of doing so. I consulted a few other people I know and another credit union if they have ever heard of reqiring the person co-signing to have to be part of your household. They never heard of such a thing. Clearly they just didn't want to give me the loan for some ambiguous reason. I can only speculate. Especially considering my credit score is at an excellent status and the only thing that held me back according to them were my student loans.
