steve gordon1Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone or even getting in and out to handle some banking. Setting up an appointment now to get my money out and going to a different bank.

Alan Wilson1Present and future trend? Bank recently remodled inside. From 7 teller windows (when usually only 2-3 were open). Now they have only 3 windows permantly. In either case 14 customers were waiting in line this day and past days. In either case BAD optics. So eventually they will have ONE window, outside and basically they are saying "We do not want you in here. Just go home, use the computer for banking and let us save money on having employees". This is B of A! Billions in assets.

Madison Ochoa1Always a long line with little to no help what so ever, waited for almost an hour just to be told to make an appointment to open an account, plus a ridiculous charge for cashing a check that came from someone who banks with them. Managers were rude and unprofessional. Would never bank with them due to horrible experiences. Would rather go with chase Wells Fargo etc, or any credit union before them. Manager mayra has horrible manners, wasn’t willing to help us either. We will not be coming back to this location because of her and her staff.

Kyle Osborn1This place is a huge joke staff and especially the manager David was very rude and disrespectful very unprofessional made me wait over a hour to cash a check to tell me he couldn't cash my bank of America check because of my I'd when he had it since the beginning and didn't say anything threaten me a half hour in saying I can get my check back and go to my bank instead very unprofessional for a manager very upset with my visit to this branch every other bank of America has never gave me such problems nor has disrespectful ever but this manager did I will never go back to this branch and I hope anyone reading this will boycott this certain branch hopefully I hear and can get ahold of someone who will fix this problem and have a sit down with David noone should ever feel the way I felt from him today thank you

Angela Reid1This place always has a huge line, last Friday there was 15 ppl in line and 3 tellers so I left to use drive through ATM THAT WASNT WORKING. Came back on Tuesday after the Monday holiday and now it’s TWO tellers and 13 ppl in line. Why have such a big branch if you’re not gonna have workers in it?

Alan White2Been with this bank for over 40 years. Had ups and downs and don’t like some of their policies. Especially when you are paying down a credit card debt over tome and they keep lowering your line credit to help THEIR balance sheet! But the worst is the opportunistic reach of reducing hours if service under the excuse of covid safety. Ill pit up with it because its all pretty much the same issues elsewhere, but i wonder...are they still paying the employees a full time pay even though they open late and close early? Do they still qualify for benefits as before? If so, i would feel less cynical.

Felix Franco5I had a wonderful experience at this bank. Although there was a long line they were pretty quick at getting everyone out of it. Jacki was really nice and helpful and she seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Overall experience was good and I would gladly come back to this branch. Customer Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Promptness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
