  As first-time home buyers, my partner and I were totally clueless about the mortgage process going into it. In fact, we weren’t even planning to start shopping for a house until we talked with David and asked general questions about mortgages. He explained the entire process from start to finish in such a digestible manner that we decided to start shopping and were lucky enough to have an offer accepted on a home in a few weeks. During the escrow process, David was in constant communication with us and our realtor, keeping us up to date on every minute detail and answering all of our questions along the way. We knew the escrow process would be stressful, especially with a 21 day deadline, but it would have been many times worse with someone less communicative and proactive. We closed in 21 days, no problem. I highly recommend David, especially if you’re new to this process!

  Working with David was a breeze! He is so kind and helpful. Our re-fi was complicated but he was so kind to call it "multi layered". David always returns calls and emails in a timely manner. He works with very professional associates who are equally diligent. Never flustered, always on task and willing to go the extra mile for us is what we will always be thankful for. Without David, I would still be looking at a computer screen trying to figure out how to re-fi with our prior mortgage carrier! I give him a 10 of 10 possible, David Valle is the best to work with!!

  David was fantastic to work with! He went above and beyond to get our loan closed. We met with him about 6 months before we purchased a home, we weren't quite able or ready when we first met him, others had turned us away, but he took the time to put us on a plan. He was honest, always took my calls and questions and worked with us to get us approved and ready to purchase. I have and will continue to recommend David.

  David is the key reason we have our own house today! From his free "Hops & Homes" seminar at Madewest Brewery where he gave a comprehensive breakdown of what it takes to get a house, one on one advise, to friendly follow ups to just check in and be of assistance when needed. With his excellent guidance we were able to refine our financial plan and get pre-approved. All during a pandemic too. Once we were ready, David got escrow closed in 30 days! He and his team made the process so easy, even our realtors were impressed. We waited up to a week at some points for a bank to get back to us about getting pre-approved...I never waited longer then 30 mins to hear back from David. Get the service you deserve for the biggest purchase in your life. I HIGHLY recommend David and his team for your home loan needs.

  If you need a loan officer that you can trust and who can walk you through the entire house purchasing process with ease, look no further! David just did the loan for mine and my husband's first home purchase and we are so pleased we went with him. Purchasing a home is one of the biggest and scariest decisions I have ever made and David helped make the process less frightening. He was also quick to respond to our many questions, was always on-top of things and was ready to close our loan in less than 30 days.   Simply put, David is a miracle worker, seriously!!! I was selling my home to a buyer in a very unique situation, that made it very challenging for them to get qualified under conventional methods. To make a long story short, David pulled out all the stops to make the deal happen, going above and beyond, "above and beyond". And although I'm quite certain David works on dozens of loans, he made me feel like mine was his top priority. This guy's hustle can't be beat! Thanks David!!!!

  Buying your first home can be Exciting, Terrifying and Extremely Rewarding all at the same time. David’s expertise, professionalism and supportive attitude made the whole experience life-changing.   David Valle made the whole process of buying a home very easy and stress free. He was quick to answer any questions or concerns. He is the best loan officer out there, he gets things done and is very helpful. Any question we had no matter how small or even pointless it may have been he answered for us and was very patient. Definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking into buying a home, or refinancing and needs a friendly and knowledgeable loan agent that helps you every step of the way. David is the guy for you. We cant thank him enough for helping us out with our dream home.

  First time home buyer. I met David at a hops and homes seminar at Madewest. This guy is amazing he helped me through the whole process and made me feel confident I was getting the best deal. He would answer all my calls and questions at what ever hour of the day even on weekends, he was always there to clear things up for me. He made sure he told me what he was doing and why and what it was for. He made everything understandable for me since this was my first time buying. I strongly recommend.

  I had found the prospect of refinancing my home rather daunting and put it off for years. As fate would I have it a casual conversation with David Valle was all it took to motivate me to move forward and I am so glad I did. David walked me through the entire process, basically holding my hand every step of the way. Thanks to David I was able to refinance my home and use my newfound equity to pay off quite a bit of debt including my once seemingly insurmountable student loan. I plan on going back to David when my wife and I are ready to buy our next home. Highly recommended.
