  Monday 1/3: Online says closed Mondays but the door says they’ve adjusted their hours M-F 9a-4p. Service is fine otherwise Update Tuesday 1/4: Closed again. Sign on the door is not accurate. Now online is showing open Mondays 9a-4p, but no one was here yesterday.

  Bank of America has lost something In their approach of premier clients over the last several years. I don’t blame the branch’s as much as the corporate structure which does not allow the branch’s any ability to truly help. This is bad for any accounts, but particularly difficult for those with multiple accounts, and business owners. I really want to use boa because of their size and lending power, however I have to start a search elsewhere because I need a more personalized experience where branch personnel are empowered to help.

  Ercan & Leslie always always always greet me by name as soon as I walk through the door and make me feel extremely welcomed. Ercan is my "go-to" as he personality set-up my business account and has been there every step of the way - even when I walk in months and months later. Today he took time to explain foreign transactions and different ways of processing them; I truly appreciate his kindness as well as taking the time to educate me with my business options.
