Elvis Wang1Over 10 year customer. Waited in line for over 1 hour just want to ask an empty check from personal checking for emergency. The answer is NO, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY CHECKS IN THE BANK NOW. YOU CAN ONLY ORDER ONLINE.How disappointing. Nice customer service and good tellers, anyway I had decide close all my account after I get all my things done. Bye BOA.

Robert Devine1Got my card closed due to Fraud. I have to wait for my replacement card to come in the mail. Went in to get a temporary debit card to buy basic every day stuff. However, BOFA doesn't hand out temporary cards anymore. The teller said I could have used Google pay but since the card is closed I won't be able to use the mobile app. But atleast I can pull cash out with my ID. How do you get rid of temporary cards?! So here's an update, BOFA sent me a replacement card that's identical to the one that was closed so I couldn't activate it. 😂. How do you fail so hard. I also have opened a new account with a new bank. Yeah, I'm done. 😂

Haro -1I waited in line to make an appointment and they gave me the appointment 5 days later. When I arrived at the appointment they did not attend me and I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me the person who I made the appointment with was not there. I asked to speak with a manager and they said there was no manager. This happened January 11, 2022. I recommend to switch to another bank.

Kaitlyn Jackson1I’ve been banking with Bank of America for the last 8 years & never have experienced such rude employees. I went to add my husband to my bank account & the lady at the front, Alicia who is a greeter, goes to ask us questions, for our ID etc. & since I am the holder of the account, I go to answer her questions. She completely ignores me & is making direct eye contact with my husband instead waiting for him to answer the questions…. Completely Rude! On top of that, the older man security guard goes to grab my husband to have him stand back on a blue line because he thought we weren’t together when we were standing with one another the whole time. The lady told me there would be a 15 minute wait yet I’ve been sitting here for that last 45 minutes. Totally unsatisfied with this location & employees.

Thomas Jay1Very long wait and then when I finally was able to reach the teller they wouldn't take my money because I forgot my ID. I understand if I was trying to withdraw, or if I had a lot of money but that wasn't the case. I would usually come in and deposit a check directly into my landlords account to pay my rent. I forgot my checkbook and wallet at home but had my bank card so I drove to my bank, withdrew the cash, then drove to B of A and tried to deposit the cash into her account and they would not let me because I didn't have my ID.
