  Unhelpful branch, never had issues with any other branch. An associate locked me out of my account while trying to get a replacement card. The only advice he had to offer was to go to another branch. When I called customer support they say they’ve never heard of this and apologized. I’ve been with this bank for the total of my banking history and never had this issue. Customer support resolved the issue thankfully, even though the associate at the branch said not to bother calling them.

  This is the worst branch ever if I could do negative stars I would. They say they can't do something you request on your account but when you call the 800 number and talk to them they tell you that that branch is wrong. THEN THIS IMPORTANT! and I don't want to write it here to give anyone any ideas but there is a HUGE security glitch when you call the 800 number - if you try it you think about it - you will figure it out. I have already told them they are going to look into it - yeah we will see. I am so disgusted I have been with this bank a LONG time and I have never seen anything fall apart so fast over time. Its really a wonder they are still around as much as they are. This Southington branch has been nothing but a problem over the last 5 years for me and my family - time to rethink our banking and you should too.

  Absolutely the worst office. Multiple problems the most irritating of which was not being able to cash a check because my signature was not exactly how i signed it when i got my license years ago. Even though i have my valid ID, fingerprint on record and have cashed checks exactly like it at multiple other Bank of America offices.

  Horrible branch. All they know is customer care number. 1-800- If you need anything other than the going to teller, please go some other branch. Either they r busy or pretend to be busy.

  No complaints about this branch. Never any problems and always helpful customer service. The ATM outside takes check and cash deposits as well.

  THIS BANK HAS BEEN CLOSED OVER A YEAR!!!! BOA STOP BEING CHEAP AND REOPEN!!!!
