I understand that you have to adjust business hours in the pandemic, but it's bazaar that you don't publish your adjusted hours and just left your customers to go there again and again to meet a closed door. After so many attempts, I closed my accounts. Left Bank of America for good.

I have never posted a review on line... let alone a bad one, but I felt the need to voice my disappointment on the terrible customer service I received at this location, from the VP of this branch no less. I very rarely go into the bank itself, most of my banking I do online. Needless to say I will be avoiding walking into another. I know that I am just a little peon to BoA, and the money that I have in this establishment is a pittance compared to the amount they deal in on the regular; however, I need to be able to trust the establishment I keep my finances at. I walked in today and was treated, not like a loyal continuing customer for 20 years, but a vagabond asking for a hand out, when just trying to access my money. I don't expect anything to come of this... man but it's so frustrating. As a side note, because of this interaction with the VP I will be removing my funds and closing my accounts. cheers.

Tried to close my account, and they said somebody will help soon. Somebody came and she couldn't do that because of no appointment. So ridiculous, why they made me open the account very easily and made it difficult to close my account by myself ??. She gave me client service phone number, which will make me creasy as I should wait long to call, and to transfer many different departments for closing, right?.. No client service at all by client service department.

I work for this location and seeing that we have a 2 rating is very disappointing. I thrive in giving our clients excellent service and do my best to help everyone with or without and appointment. I've been doing this for 10 years and definitely give my all. I really hope that more people post there positive experiences for this location. I know I speak for my colleagues and myself. That we give 100%.

Not even worthy of 1 star... Always closed on Sat. even when the websites says they are open (none of them are open). When I need more than my daily limit they are never there. I'm going to CHASE since they always have employees there working. P.S. I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't post if I had none.

On September 1st 2018 I started my morning at Bank of America. Arriving at 9:15 AM. I rushed into the bank to tend to my business. After entrance, I noticed all the lights were turned off. I yelled out “hello” only to receive no response. Don’t banks open at 9:00 am? Not this one. As I stood still in my steps, in fear, I bent down to look at sign of operation. 10:00 am they open. Okay, So no one was there, but I just opened the door! The sounds of alarms started to blare. I knew I had done nothing wrong. I immediately exited the bank, secured the door locking with latch, and awaited the police. They never came, but bank employees did arrive. As I was shaky, I explained what had happened. They made a sly comment “the bank has been open all night”. Not one thank you. Not one. I have spent most of the day, trying to reach a BofA authority. To no avail. Nothing, so I ask myself, “Is my money safe at this Bank Of America?”

I wish there was a 0 star. As a 24 year Bank of America customer as well as a PLATINUM preferred client, I have never felt such dissatisfaction from a bank. This branch has caused me so much inconvenience the last 3 months as well as unnecessary Federal withholding on 2 of my accounts all because the banker that helped me change my name failed to have me sign a form that was required. I just think that this incompetence is not acceptable especially since I paid them another visit to try to resolve the issue and nothing was done on their part. I hope that Lupe Ortiz and Christina Andraws learn from this experience. I definitely would take my money elsewhere. What a poor representation of what Bank of America is.

Now here is a perfect example of a "brick and mortar " that should be torn down. They accomplish nothing. Filled with inexperienced employees and always an uneccessary line. The simplest request takes 90 days. Don't let all the smiles fool you . Try calling by phone it will not be answered . Should your family have an unexpected emergency they will be your only problem. From escrow to a death in the family they are the last to perform.

All 3 ATMs have no cash today. I wish I could say this was an exception, but it’s been the case more often than not for nearly 2 months now. Get it together! This is to say nothing of the ridiculously long lines when there’s no legitimate reason for it!
