  Horrible experience everytime I go. Never have cash for the ATM or to cash checks. Everytime something does go wrong while I’m there, nobody is helpful and all they do is tell me to call Bank of America. Terrible customer service. Wouldn’t even call this a bank. Really sucks because the next closest Bank of America is pretty far from me, probably will end up switching banks.

  Awful service, sitting to speak to someone about a problem with a debit card for 10 mins. Every visit is a disappointment between the uneducated staff to the slow moving tellers. Bank of America you need to do better. All of your reviews on different search engines are terrible. I will be looking for a new bank.

  Closed my account with them because of the monthly charge for just having an account. Had this account for over 5 years. Went in today, just to get cash for my 3 yr old sons quarters that he has been saving and the woman said she couldnt do that because I dont have an account anymore. I have USAA and there arent any banks here. This bank has never been helpful. Glad I switched to USAA.

  The notary was a joke she didn't know what she was doing and she was rude. I called to see if she could do an I-9 form she said she could come in at any time so I come in and then she's on lunch so I come back half an hour later and then she says oh I can't do it there's not a notary box only an authorized representative area she should have known that on an I-9 form there's not a notary box.

  When I try to withdraw some money, this place employee gave me a hard time. It took forever to withdraw and asked me a lot of questions including my occupational. This is my money from my account not the bank money. Very bad customer service.

  Such a bad branch for customer service. Lack of knowldge and long wait time. Often it is clised for unspecified reason...

  Drive thru service is awful. Sat there for 20 minutes with one person in front of us.
