Clay Carr1All I needed to do was send a wire for a mortgage transaction, should take 5 minutes. I was told I’d need to wait 30 minutes to see a banker, teller cannot do this for some reason. 45 minutes later it was my turn, however the banker who became available can’t send wires. There’s literally one person in the whole bank that can send the wire. So currently waiting another 30 minutes. Time to switch to a local credit union.

John Brooks1Went to this branch today to deposit a check into my business account. Upon returning home, logged into my account and was shocked to see that the teller registered the transaction as a cashed check instead of a deposit, effectively draining the bulk of my balance. The branch had closed by the time I realized this, so I called b of a business customer service. The offered no answers or resolution. I will be effectively closing all my accounts immediately, regardless of how this plays out.

James Adams5I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service I've received from Dianne and Rachel!!! I needed to have 2 Cashier's Checks made to pay for an emergency AC Unit replacement. Dianne and Rachel both advised me to be careful with such an expensive purchase and assured me if the HVAC Specialist didn't work out I could come back with the checks to have the funds either returned to my account in full or have new checks made for a different amount. Sure enough, I found another HVAC Specialist who was more honest and less greedy than the first one lol. The next day I was able to get a new check and have the excess funds deposited back into my account! I know this location has received less than satisfactory reviews, but give them a chance to prove to you, like they did with me, how well they can service you! Dianne even called me after I left the bank to apologize for the wait time and a minor discrepancy with the check. I couldn't ask for better service!!!

Tom Doby2They obviously don't care about their google rating or care to make staffing improvements. The staff is not the problem, as they are friendly and work hard. It's the LACK OF STAFF that's the problem. They frequently have 1 teller to work the lobby and drive through. At a busy location, this makes zero sense. My company banks here, so i have no choice but to come stand in line for no reason. Personally, B of A will never have my business. There are so many more choices out there. If you want to OPEN an account, there's staff available... they just have a difficult time treating you like a valuable customer once they have your business.... again organizationally.. not the staff themselves. It's a corporate problem with trying to have 1 person doing the job of 3.

Kendry Pujols5I constantly come to this location to make check deposits into my business account. The tellers always have a line and they do their best to move as quickly as possible. One time I meet with Jeff and he taught me on how to use and maximize the Bank of America mobile app benefits, since than, I have no need stand in line to make another check deposit or transfer money from one account to another. Thank you for the mobile app it has made my life much simpler.

N Narzan5I have been banking with Bank of America for an about 12 years. I worked for this bank as well for 5 years. I don’t work for Bank of America since early 2000. I never had any problems with anything. If you are technologically advanced, this is the best bank for u. You don’t go to the branch, everything is done electronically. I have worked for Another bank. I opened there accounts too. That was the worst experience I ever had. I closed my account and stick with Bank of America since then.:))))

Eric Schultz4We switched from Citibank to BofA years ago and could not be more happy. Our investment portfolio is with Meryl Lynch which is linked to BofA automatically. The only reason I need to go into the back is to deposit cash....Everything else is done online- even opening new checking or savings accounts can be done online through their mobile app. It’s great! This branch is a bit slow usually only having one teller running both the inside and drive up which is a bit frustrating especially on Fridays when everyone is depositing or cashing checks. People are always friendly and helpful.

JJ K5May be the only Bank of America in Charlotte that’s an actual bank and not just a giant ATM being called a bank and the staff is so friendly my day is that much nicer :)

Ilona Yakubenko1never use the services of the Bank of America! disgusting service! through their fault I have a lot of unpleasant situations and they do not worry about the problems of clients at all. the bank employee made a mistake and put the money in place of my debit account for credit and now I have to wait 5 days to start using my money. but last month I was a bit mistaken - and the bank immediately fined me for $ 150. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this Bank

B. P1Worst Bank of America location I have ever been to! The teller window is lacking customer service skills and I waited (just to deposit a check) for 30min total! Ridiculous! The ATM’s are always being serviced it seems as well! This branch needs some major managing overhaul!!!!
