  Apart from the long lines from time to time which is backed up because there's either one (1) or two (2) tellers open. When they clearly need more hands on deck especially on busy days but once I'm at the counter I've always experienced good customer service when i go to this Bank of America. The employees seems very professional. Great bank!

  The bank of america in florida city has been "temporarily closed" for over a year. Legit everyone needs to go the other location further up north. The lines are atrocious. I've seen people wait a block around the building. Why do we have 2 locations if one if the locations continues to be closed? We need the florida city location open cuz this is ridiculous. People have things to do and dont have time to be waiting in line for 45 minutes to an hour??

  No one should have to wait in line for 20 to 25 minutes to make a deposit. Why close the drive-thru & only open two windows on the inside? 15 ppl in line including the elderly with two bank tellers SMFH

  absolute worst service of any bank i,ve ever had ! 3 girls behind the glass and only 1 working . if you like to wait and get nothing done this is the bank for you ! dont bother trying to get anything done on the phone either ,,, no one will answer . one star because i had to .

  One teller... no, I truly mean they only have one teller!!!! Unless you want to use a computer, you have to wait in a loooooong line to talk to the one human teller. Otherwise, you have to use an automated teller.. like FaceTime a teller in another state, THIS IS CRAZY!!

  Be prepared to wait 25 plus when you come to this bank it’s ridiculous. After my 3rd time waiting more then 30 mins in a month I can say I closed my account with them should have done it sooner

  SLOW SERVICE LONG LINES... waited 35 minutes in line for a teller. They know Fridays are busy and it's always only 2 bank tellers.

  Today I when there to open a bank account but I had to wait a hour in half to get a employee but then they say “We can’t help you” so I left the place and never come back there never again for waste my time.

  Coming here is something akin to purgatory. If you like people who lack even the most basic customer service skills and adopt patronizing tones despite their incompetence, then this is the place for you.
