Na'ilah Victoria1I inquired about getting two documents notarized. It seems the girl at the desk didn’t know the answer. I wanted to know if I needed original documents to obtain a notary. The loan officers or the people at the desks were incredibly rude. She wanted to know what I needed notarized and why. Is this part of how you treat customers? The teller I dealt with told me I could qualify for some summer loan. When I sat down it’s like the guy at the desk just assumed I had bad credit. Incredibly nice tellers… first time dealing with persons at the desk, and both were incredibly rude.

Mariolga Locklin Starkey1On Friday, December 18, after lunchtime, I went into this branch of the SFECU to deposit my stimulus check into my Savings account. After signing and handing over the check and my debit card, the teller asked me to remove my mask for "identification purposes" ... To deposit money into MY account? Granted, I might understand this if I wanted to withdraw money. But I was DEPOSITING. I'm writing this review to let people know that you may be required to remove your mask, in an enclosed high-traffic area that does not get disinfected between customers and does not enforce social distancing guidelines with their own customer layout. Because of the fact there is a lot of money exchanging hands, be prepared to have hand sanitizer handy, they had none within arm's reach.

R Robbins3This would be a great place to bank if it weren’t for the heavy built teller who sits in the middle as is always holding up the line. She’s very inconsiderate with her unnecessary, lengthy personal conversations. She doesn’t even care that the line is wrapped around and the other tellers are helping other customers, she’ll still carry on with the gossip and laughter amongst longtime customers who she has known for a while. I think that’s rude and should be done at another time. We just want to go in and get out as quick as possible... minus the conversation!

Chocolate Queen1It use to be a great bank now it sucks the lines are super long especially during the first of the month I suggest more workers during that time but it still remains the same.your credit has to be perfect to get any loans. But the women at the counter are nice.
