  Actually, we had pretty good experience here. We went on busy Saturday morning to open an account without an appointment and they accommodated us without any hassle. They did everything we asked for. Manager Sarah was very accommodating and sales representative Bibi helped us with everything.

  Wish I could give ZORO stars for customer service! Just call to let them know that I lost my ATM card and was heading out of state first thing in the morning . I spoke to kid named Alex, not only did he show no empathy for my situation but he shut me down by telling me that they had no more appointments and then referred me to anther branch that has been closed for some time . And to add insult he din't even offer to suspend my lost card before disconnecting the call..... WOW!!!! what can I say.... by the way I then called the Wyckoff brach and spoke to a rep and she all set within 3 min and then showed me how to handle everything on my BOA mobil app

  Rosa and Percy provided fast, friendly service and assisted me with a couple pretty cumbersome bond transactions. Best branch I have ever been to.

  I have just one question. It can be answered by a representative in seconds. I spent 45 min. Constantly calling, because I just kept getting a message "everyone is busy", and then "thanks for calling" and a hang up. No message "leave your number & we'll call you back". Nothing! I guess I'll have to go there to have my question answered. An unnecessary visit.
