  I'm not sure why bank managers cannot double their staff on paydays. It doesn't make sense not to keep people waiting over 30 minutes just to make a deposit. I make deposits for my clients on paydays and it seems like the only two banks that we wait forever at is Bank of America and GTE Credit Union.

  No respect for customer's time. I dread having to go inside. On recent visit, the ONLY teller was servicing lobby customers , as well as drive thru. I have better things to do than hanging out @ BOA , yet they keep asking me to sign up for other svcs. Seriously??? Definitely shopping for a more convenient and customer svc. oriented financial institution.

  Awful customer service. The drive thrus are closed and it took over an hour to be serviced by a teller. Today is Friday and there are only two tellers servicing everyone. The line is practically at the door. Don’t waste your time like I did. Go to another location ‼️

  Manager has no clue about customer service. Daily I come in and line is long with one person working both drive thru and walk up lines. Constantly here customers complaining and her making excuses. I will never bank here I only use because of a work account. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

  I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. Hours of operation 9-4...WTF? They don't even have a drive thru. God forbid they staff their drive thru and open at 8am and close the drive thru at 5pm like most banks. I don't bank with them personally, but my Sister does, and I ask her everyday WHY the FU*K do you continue to give them your business???? This is the World's worst bank! EVER! If a business chooses to use America in their name, then for FU*K sake have hours where working Americans can bank there, or shut your doors for good!

  I have been to this branch twice so far. They are very helpful. Natalie has helped me on both occasions, she is great. This location does tend to get busy so I would recommend scheduling an appointment if you do not want to wait.

  Just got charged for cashing a check issued by them. This company isn't interested in customers only in their money. Find another bank group to use.

  I can't give it zero or negative stars. 20 plus people in line and two tellers working. It's a saturday, nomal operating procedure, I guess. There's a useless lady that keeps asking people in line how can she help. How about you star scheduling more tellers for the weekend you moron? It's not like this has never happened before.

  Bad customer service. They make you wait for ever. More than 30 min wait to do wire transfer and they were not busy. I ask for water and they they do not have water bottle. I have multiple business accounts and personal accounts. I am seriously thinking about switching banks
