  I had a fraudulent charge in which I disputed. You guy gave me back my money QUICK… but I did not get a single notification that my card was closed and reissued. I went 2 days without being able to access my funds. I went in on Friday and Anthony Reeves helped me out. HE WAS AMAZING!!! Not only was he kind and understanding, he made my visit extremely valuable. Customer service sucks since COVID. Everywhere! Anthony treated me like a friend… he had my card printed instantly. I really hope that large corporations understand that customers come back for the experience, not the product. Anthony, thank you for restoring my faith in humanity! Please give him the biggest raise ever!

  I have been making alot of trips to the branch due to a fraud issue. Laura Harris is the greeter at the front and has been amazing at following up. She makes the extra effort to provide excellent service. Today I went in,left a message asking for an advisor to call me back. Not only did they call me, so did Laura before the C.O.B. Suncoast I hope that you see the value in this employee.

  Krystina was very knowledgeable & kind in helping me open an account. Other bankers seemed friendly as well! Great customer service. I have a feeling I will be banking with them for a long time!!!

  Many thanks to Christopher Murray today for intervening on my first visit to Suncoast in nearly five years. He was extremely professional, resourceful and thorough in assisting me with maneuvering through a number of transactions. He managed to make what started out as a very stressful day, almost seemless! Thank you again Detroit, Michigan!

  ITM teller Kenney(?) Not sure of the spelling of his name. Was fantastic. Great customer service and put a smile on my face and made me laugh after a rough day at work. He also did his best to answer questions or direct me to the right place if he didn't know ! Kudos to him.

  Lisa (branch manager) is a star employee. After your Valrico branch completely dropped the ball and has for many years, I reached out to Lisa. She addressed the issue, provided a resolution and eventually solved the problem in the same day. I was seriously considering closing all my accounts and family's accounts that I have influence over. Thank you Lisa for taking care of business.

  Crowded, slow and inefficient. Mostly because customers have no clue about what they are doing. They wait in line for 20 minutes then decide to dig through their purse to find their I'd or sign a check when they get to the counter.
