      Not a post regarding this particular branch but B of A in general. For two days I've been trying to get cash from a B of A ATM. Twice at my local branch. Two ATM's, one out of service, one no cash. Next day, go to same branch, same thing. Drive over to Annapolis to downtown branch only to find branch permanently closed and ATM out of service. If I am unable to get cash today, I will be pulling all my accounts, credit cards, etc out and find a new bank. I'm sure the many folks I saw trying the ATM's are feeling the same way. Get it together or you are going to be losing more customers than just me!

      I used this bank for years and they showed no customer loyalty what so ever, they did not hesitate to charge me hundreds of dollars in ridiculous fee's over the time I was with them. Needless to say, I am no longer banking with them. In all fairness, the tellers at the bank where nice enough though.

      This bank NEVER answers the phone. Very unprofessional. Nobody has a clue what they are doing. If you need a safety deposit box open make sure you have several months to wait.

      Bank closed...whenever. No notice, signs, alerts. Staff has to suffer at hands of corporate HQs. Corporations never fill needs over all.
