  This location has horrible customer service I needed to make a withdrawal to big to do at the atm and was told because of the funds still processing even though it was available in my account because I made a smaller withdrawal from the atm prior to going inside long story short I went to another location and was out with my large withdrawal in less than 10 mins definitely was stereotyped at the Patterson location

  No drive up service, tellers are completely flat and unfriendly. I have been banking with BOA for 14 plus years now and when I cash my check each month they treat me like I am a criminal or are unable to process my transaction in a timely manner. They act put out by the presence of customers and I have been asked repeatedly why I do not use the online banking tools. I have as much interaction as I have to each month with the bank in person and it’s become too much. I am switching banks.

  I just left this location.i would to come back all the time . they are a good people 👌 special Mrs Jeannie she's very nice lady.and she's trying to do the best from all her Nice ❤️ thanks for your help Mrs Jeannie.and God bless you and your family.i wish I could add more than 20 stars for Mr Abu yillah he is very nice man he love to helping people all the time thank Mr Abu from all my heart ❤

  Abu was super nice & I was able to get every question answered with clarity & he understood what I was looking for when it came to getting my credit started & together we came up with the best card option for me !

  Waisted our time because one of their employees didn’t change the address.didn’t offer any temporary card when they accepted my request to send me a new card.

  Very slow employees, Took them 45 minutes for one simple cash withdraw. Closed my account after!

  absolute slowest if you wait in line by car or go inside bank. Extremely poor management at this branch always.

  I came to the bank and it is not busy at all and just waiting to talk with anybody no one show up

  I went in a few times in late 2017. The staff was friendly. The processing time seemed a bit slow when there was a longer line of customers.
