jimmie Wilson1This location has horrible customer service I needed to make a withdrawal to big to do at the atm and was told because of the funds still processing even though it was available in my account because I made a smaller withdrawal from the atm prior to going inside long story short I went to another location and was out with my large withdrawal in less than 10 mins definitely was stereotyped at the Patterson location

Brian & Maria Whitehurst1No drive up service, tellers are completely flat and unfriendly. I have been banking with BOA for 14 plus years now and when I cash my check each month they treat me like I am a criminal or are unable to process my transaction in a timely manner. They act put out by the presence of customers and I have been asked repeatedly why I do not use the online banking tools. I have as much interaction as I have to each month with the bank in person and it’s become too much. I am switching banks.

M1Waisted our time because one of their employees didn’t change the address.didn’t offer any temporary card when they accepted my request to send me a new card.
