Christina Rodriguez1I do not have Bank of America but I came into this establishment because I needed to cash a check. The tellers are SUPER slow! I had to walk out because I was waiting in the same spot in line for about 10 minutes. (While management was behind us just talking and talking.) I am very upset. I wish I could give zero stars.

TravisY2k3I NEED this location but AFTER reading all the negative comments, I'm questioning whether I can use this branch. With so many comments about Time -- why does this branch continue to have time issues. Why don't you fix the problem. Don't keep customers WAITING. I have been a BofA member for over 50 YRS! Scheech!

Ana Segovia1Wow! Its pretty shocking the bad customer service Bank of America have! Makes me wonder why am I doing business with them. I requested a loan for my car in October, I was aproved right away due to the fact that i have an excellent credit score. I sent all the paperwork they asked me via their website, someone was supposed to call me the next day, no one did! Then i began a series of phone calls to their 800 number, been on hold for a total of 2hours and minutes, because i called them several times to inquired info on my aproved car loan....i was never contacted, no one answers the phone, and i just called the local branch, and surprise surprise they dont answer either....what a joke of a bank, i will take my business elsewhere, and close my account!

Andrea Shaw1I cannot believe the level of service has gotten so poor. I was called by the bank yesterday to inform me that they closed my ATM card due to fraud activity. This amt was over $ 80. I tried to call the branch on Foothill & Mountain in Upland to talk to a live person. My instructions were to go to the website & make an appointment ~ I'm appalled! I'm a Platinum Customer & I worked for the Loan Center in Brea for 19yrs. It's pitiful how lax service has become! I notice your rating was 2.0 !

I asked for information on a loan the person that handles loans was not in so I was told I would be contacted the following day at the end of business the following day I called back and was told I would hear back tomorrow I'm still waiting and it's Been three weeks. ( All I wanted was some information on a Business loan) Something like this to me means they don't need my business and I am taking my checking and savings money out and putting it in Pacific western bank. I was sent a e-mail five days after my first encounter and gave low marks and expressed all my unsatisfied and dissatisfied experience. If I can't get some information about a loan ( a returned phone call at least) what kind of faith can I have in a bank with my money?

William Niblack1Long story short...Roohi Shah deserves a 5 out 5. She's an amazing banker with amazing customer service. On the other hand, Kelly M. Kirschbaum is a terrible banker with zero customer service skills. My girlfriend and I walked up to her desk, she never greeted us, dismissed our situation, didn't listen to our scenario, decided not to help us, gave us a wrong phone number to call, told us to sit in the lobby and ignored other customer's in the lobby. She could care less about B of A's customers. I own a business and I would never hire Kelly M. Kirschbaum. She needs to get out of the customer service business. 0 of out 5 for Kelly.

Judy Tirre12 bank tellers on a Friday afternoon? Really BofA? SICK of this bank. Lousy customer service. WE are the reason you are in business. If it wasn't for your customers, you would not exist. Treat your customers better. We all don't have 30 minuets to wait in line while the branch Manger walks around with her stupid iPad asking if we need help. Yeah, We NEED help. GET MORE TELLERS.
