  Communication is key in anything, but when it comes to buying your first home, communication with a lender is of the most importance and communication was amazing with Gary, Joslyn and team. Any time we had a question, they were always there any time we needed and I mean anytime day or night. They made what can be a very confusing, scary, intimidating process a clear and easy one and for that we're grateful. Highly recommend Gary and his team!

  Nowadays when I want to purchase anything I always read the reviews prior to my purchase that is exactly why I I am writing this review for those people that are like me. Recently we purchased a house with the help of Gary in Running Springs ca. Gary worked very hard for more than two months for our loan and finally manage to get a FHA loan with 3.75% interest. Frankly I couldn’t be more happier with him and his help Juslyn. If you want to get a loan I strongly recommend Gary and I promise you will not regret. I like to tank him and Juslyn for all the hard work that they did for us, thank you

  Gary and his team at SPFC are the BEST! Do yourself a favor and make sure that you call Gary FIRST for any loan needs. He will be come a personal friend for life and someone that you can call on whenever you need help with loan financing. I would never go to anyone else.

  I highly recommend Tysen Cahill if you are in need of a home loan. It was a joy to work with him. He was helpful, knowledgable, trustworthy, and efficient.
