Ali Gujjar1Now Always busy I don't know why they're not hiring more stuff it's 11 people in the line always takes 45 minute to one hour to make transaction only one person working on the counter very poor management this location. I'm leaving in this neighborhood More than 10 years use to okay not bad like this. I hope they hire more stuff.

marwan Sas1Worst bank ever. Unprofessional, short staffed, long waits, not knowledge of what they doing. Will always certainly screw your day over and make everything you trying to do complicated. Would spend 40 min with a customer setting up mobile app account which can be done individually, and will have no idea on what do for things that matter. Manger has no idea what she is doing. Go to a different branch or change BOA in general.

Mohammad Mahmud1Worst branch ever. Avoid this branch at any cost. Very unprofessional and less staff. Won’t visit again. Need to change the manager because manager can’t manage the branch. Total disaster.

Cathy Francavilla1Always crowded never enough staff. Usually in the elmont branch 45 to minutes to an hour for 1 simple transaction. customer service is a horrible. There are no sign in sheets and no organization they randomly choose who they want to serve first. Waiting 15 minutes for customer service people walked in and customer service rep took them first. When I told her we were here first she told me I think these people have an appointment. She turns to them and says don't you have an appointment? Of course their response was yes. Yet she never asked them their name or check an appointment book. Then I over hear them thank her for taking them first so they didn't have a long wait.

Stephanie E.1The security guard, while really nice, vents to customers waiting outside that wearing masks doesn't do anything and doesn't wear it properly or socially distance. I will never come back here, it's disturbing. I'll travel to the Lynbrook or laurelton branch next time.
