  I use the ATM at this since it is the closest. One of the ATM machines has been out of order since December. Please FIX IT! There a lot of people that use these ATMS.

  Long waits in long lines at understaffed locations. If you want to see a company working themselves out of business just visit any of their locations... except now during the quarantine they are even longer waits in longer lines... and that’s if there are any drive throughs open. So glad I left them years ago and my company will no longer accept any checks from any Bank of America’!

  Bank of America is a joke! Every teller need to either go back to school or learn how to work efficiently. Disgustingly slow. Should not take 15-20 minutes to cash a paycheck when there are 2 people inside. Get your stuff together! You suck!

  This 1 star is for the ATMS. I deposit a lot of cash weekly. I slide my card and no option for deposit. On fridays is the same problem with my husbands paycheck. This is a convenient location due to the drive thru and having a baby in the car. I would hate to lose bank of america for an annoying inconvience.

  Never answer the phone but when they do they’re just tryna get you off of it quick. Ive had people answer and say they were closing bc she didnt want to deal with my complaint ironically thats when they took money out and had to refund me bc it was an incorrect transaction

  Needed help with some banking issues. Came in and had the wonderful staff help me! Smiles from the time I walked in until I walked out. Thank you guys for the help!! Andrea was so helpful!

  I can't wait for this branch to open so I can close my account and empty my safe deposit box. They are horrible.

  One lady helping the tellers. One lady helping the drive through. One lady doing her nails. 4 customers waiting in line.

  Nice people but way understaffed. Take a book if you use tellers inside. Always a long wait
