Mel Sims1This ha to be the slowest bank in the valley. They have 9 windows but they usually only have 1 teller. If they have 2, consider yourself lucky. The line is always crazy long. Expect to spend no less than 30 mins waiting to do a 30 second transaction. Just ridiculous.

Cyrus J Haro B5The day before Thanksgiving and with limited staff that B of A only provides, the employees really did there best to take care of the customers to get them threw the line, I asked for thank Bank managers card so I could Thank her here for a great job done, so Thank You Kat for working so hard with limited employees to get use threw the lines as fast as possible.

Sean Park1It's not my neighborhood, I'm just passing by and needed to stop by the bank. I'm actually writing this review whole waiting. This bank has about 13 teller windows only 2 are open now, with 16 people waiting in line. Absolutely no action by the manager or the other employees, not even a greeting when you first come in and even the security guard is cranky because of the hot weather outside. My local BOA is more up to the standard and I feel sorry for people that needs to use this location on their daily basis.

angel s.1Long lines always closes early and last time I used atm all my money was taken from my account...they took over 1600 and that was one last places I used my card and I remeber my card didn't go in easily and I'm guessing that was a card reader!

Security Camera Installation2As good customers at BofA, we initiated our request for PPP with Ban of America, since we have been with them for over 7 years. We completed everything completely and after chasing them down for status, no one would respond. They reviewed our application and made a mistake by not reviewing the contents of our submission, I noted that to them and they NEVER acknowledged the mistake. After waiting for over a month and to attemp to keep our business afloat, depending on funds to keep our employees on the payroll, we finally got frustrated at Bank of Americas lack of attention and organization. I researched on google that they were getting sued for lack of applications beging processed. We could NOT AFFORD to keep waiting for their lack of manpower and attention to detail. WE WOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS IF WE WAITED FOR BANK OF AMERICA. On the other hand, I saw that they were overwhelmed so I understand. The hero's were a SMALL TINY BANK called Bluevine.com got it done and approved. We are still with Bank of America. Cant live with them, can't live without them, too many years banking here ( was pretty upset). Im past it now....

Pithias Silva3I been coming here for many years, this was always my preferred location, their service was beyond great but over the years watching some of the employees be here for too long they started to lose their friendly professional touch. There are less smiles and less eagerness to help, whatever happened here I hope it gets better, this was once a 5 star rated place in my opinion, they are helpful to a certain extent but I can't trust my money being at a branch/bank who's loosing their touch with people, it's why I decided to switch banks.
