  This is the Best Bank in New Rochelle & even in New York!!! The staff is very pleasant, polite in a comfortable atmosphere. Mr.Alvarez & Mr.Hunter helped us & gave us all the information we needed. Mr.Alvarez & Mr.Hunter are both very professional, kind, respectful, great communicators, understanding, helpful, patient, knowledgeable & skilled in their field, work fast & efficiently!!! Mr.Alvarez also gave a detail explanation.. The line flows going fast, in & out! We had such a great experience!!!

  If you are looking to make a transaction on a Saturday (when they have business hours working people can get to) block out a solid 45 minutes for it. 2 tellers, line out the door. People trying to withdrawal 1000s of dollars or send money with wrong routing numbers. Teller needed an override code, but the two people with the codes were helping others. Waiting area was chaos. 2 people working for appointments to open accounts or whatever. One poor pregnant woman running around trying to help safety deposit box clients and get someone a temp card. The GM of this branch needs to staff better on Saturdays. Absolutely wild. Customer service was good though, I admittedly screwed up my deposit slip and she helped out without a problem. Just needs some bodies, man!

  One teller working while all other employees congregate in little groups around the bank. This is the norm. Long lines and no leadership. Avoid this branch if possible.

  Banking on a Saturday is a disaster. 1 teller and a line out the door. Manager should have more tellers on busy days.

  Like every Bank of America location, it is cold and lifeless. It’s feel like a chore to walk in the door. Only gave 2 stars because I feel bad for the people that work there.

  Great courteous staff , never too busy and very attentive , always accommodating with all of my needs , I have never had a complaint ! I Love coming here seeing the bright smiles and everyone eager to assist my needs .
