      The branch manager at this location is top notch. She gets things done. I have been struggling with BOA for months trying to withdraw my funds and BOA keep declining my attempts for no reason. She worked for 2hrs and helped me. Thank you!!!

      Worse costumer experience I've ever had. They stole money from account ive kept contact from the very start trying to resolve this issue and their manager Gina laughs at my issue from her desk and to find a solution its takes them more than an hour cause i had to call the bank directly to get things moving. It's crazy how they have such ppl handling our money. Closed my account and went to a better bank. Stay away from here before you get robbed also smh.

      Every staff member who works there is very friendly and the environment is very clean and tidy. Especially Lee is very patient to solve all the problems .
